摘 要

隨著市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和人們生活水平的不斷提高，住宅小區(qū)已經(jīng)成為人們安家置業(yè)的首選，小區(qū)業(yè)主不但對(duì)住宅本身的美觀、質(zhì)量要求越來(lái)越高，同時(shí)對(duì)小區(qū)物業(yè)的服務(wù)和管理也要求很高。這樣要求小區(qū)管理者對(duì)物業(yè)管理進(jìn)行宏觀的和微觀的細(xì)致管理，其中最好的辦法就是用計(jì)算機(jī)操作的小區(qū)物業(yè)管理系統(tǒng)來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)小區(qū)物業(yè)的管理，伴隨著小區(qū)的規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大和住戶(hù)的不斷增多，下昂小區(qū)中的汽車(chē)、小區(qū)中的附帶設(shè)施、小區(qū)的各項(xiàng)維修、投訴等也越來(lái)越復(fù)雜、工作量也越來(lái)越大。還依靠人工處理不但效率低，保密性差，而且時(shí)間一長(zhǎng)還會(huì)產(chǎn)生大量的文件和數(shù)據(jù)，這樣查找、更新、維護(hù)帶來(lái)了不少的困難。隨著計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)的不斷普及和計(jì)算機(jī)處理數(shù)據(jù)的功能不斷增強(qiáng)，用計(jì)算機(jī)系統(tǒng)來(lái)對(duì)小區(qū)物業(yè)管理已成為必要。

JAVA語(yǔ)言是目前Internet上大型的WEB應(yīng)用程序開(kāi)發(fā)時(shí)使用得最熱門(mén)的編程語(yǔ)言，本文描述了JAVA技術(shù)的特點(diǎn)以及在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)上的使用情況，介紹這種技術(shù)的重要編程方法，并JAVA開(kāi)發(fā)技術(shù)的系統(tǒng)JAVA，系統(tǒng)Abstract
